SINGAPORE - About 60 firefighters were dispatched to put out an early morning fire at a plastic materials factory on Friday. The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said that it was alerted to a fire at about 3am in the vicinity of Fan Yoong Road at 2.58am.
